Scammed by odt

Hi, i payed him £18.30 over paypal for 61 hc sofas and he told me to do a claim thing on paypal so i did. Now i payed him, he hasnt given me HC sofas and he has blocked me on msn. I've sent him multiple emails and messaged him on sythe but he hasnt replied. A few minutes ago [email protected]/s4nd1p helped me and invited odt to a conversation but after i shown odt proof odt left and wasnt communicating after and left me blocked on msn.

The he left the conversation.
Lol now he reported my post and accused me of threatening him; haha.

I checked some of his other posts and found out that he scams people then gets the victim banned by reporting their post. That's not right; i don't know why the moderators are on a scammer's side.

 

Doesn't anyone do anything on here? Is he just gonna get away with it?
