Here is a guide on how to change ur ip if you have a router:
1: Turn ur router off
2: Wait 5-10minutes
3: Turn ur router back on
4: wala a new ip

 

That doesn't work for your static IP. You need a dynamic IP for that to woek.

Start > Run > Command > ipconfig /release > Exit > My Network Places > Local Area Connection > Properties > TCP/IP Settings > Manual > Type random IP then press Tab to auto fill subnet and mask.

This works for me, it sometimes doesn't work for IP connections through a router.

 

it did this to me the other day.. i was like wtf? so i closed internet and then it kept kicking me off the internet like internet closing off when i finally got on rs.. i use firefox now and no problems.
