13 Def Pures

Anyone have an account build like this? I think its a very unique build and have seen a max 13 def pure which made me think about creating one. I am not a pker and would rather just use it to PVM, skill, and just having this unique build that is not seen often. Anyone got opinions and thoughts on this? Please feel free to share as I need help deciding.

 

It's just a one defence pure that has adamant gloves, slayer helmet and salad robes... Right?

 

Maybe? I have no idea lol I dont even play pures that often. I just saw this build at kbd one time and thought it looked awesome. I currently just play my main, an alt, and have a zerk in progress.

 

I've never had a 13 def build, but have always loved them. Have a good buddy who has one he's maxing right now.

Les Tah is right: It's a 1 defence pure with addies, slay helm, robes, frog leather, and a few other things.
It's a cool build, but nothing about it makes it really OP or anything. If you have the time, do it. Otherwise I'd just focus on your zerk.

 

Thanks for the input; never really played a pure before even lol. The zerk is almost ready and I was planning on selling it once I built it up a bit lol was not keeping for personal use as I do not like zerks all that much.

Barely anyone uses this build anymore. Its pretty much either 1 def or a void/zerker build.

I don't think you get enough advantage with having 13 def. you gain addy gloves which are barely any different, might as well just use a regen bracelet. And xerician is barely better than ghostly. The black mask is nice but then again that is only if you want to do pvm and not only pk.

 

I will mainly use it for pvm lol I rarely mems pk. I saw this build at kbd and thought it looked really nice. I plan on maxing one and hopefully take it raiding and all that before I get bored of it.

 

Never heard of 13 , what upgrade would that bring to a pure?

 

Addy gloves and Slayer helm are the only major ones I can think of

 

im working on a 10def 99 slayer (untrimmed) unique account build. strictly for fun as I've just maxed my 31prayer zzerk with Firecape

 

Nice how you liking the account? My main is 2210 total so once thats maxed I can focus more on the 13 def.

It's a trash build, for people that mess up 1 defence 3/10 dont waste your time

 

I disagree. I see more 2, 3, 5 defense accounts now than ever before. Still don’t see many 13 defense accounts.
