who here played pokemon?

I'm considering getting a pokemon game, to bring back the great memories... What version would you suggest? I remember silver kicking ass, due to me having the little Fire Beaver thing, Cyndiquill or whatever.. ;p

 

I still play pokemon. I love the feeling of beating on people who don't play it.
joke... but not really.

 

I used to play them.. Those were the best GameBoy games, lol. My brother got Pokemon Yellow, and we shared it for a while. I remember getting both Silver and Gold for my birthday when I was like, 7. I was so damn happy, I played them both all the time, and then my Silver version got dropped in the sink full of water. I never played Crystal though. Got leafgreen like 3 years ago, and it was just stupid. Bought myself Diamond sometime this year, and I really regretted spending $35 on it. I pretty much beat it though ... it was pathetic.
So, all in all, the games were great, until they started evolving all the old pokemon into new ones, or just added more that were copies of the older ones, with worse names. Anyway, that's just my little pokemon life-story. It is nice to go back and play the older ones at times, but still.. lol

 

I miss being a little kid and playing it though I have to admit.

But at my age now I couldn't play it, it would just like destroy my social life, go out with the lads blaze some splifs and then play some pokemon..

No don't think so lol.

Oh boy I used to love that game, I think everyone went through the Pokemon phase at least once in their life.

i played pokemon on my gameboy when i was like 6 years old but now adays i dont play pokemon since is too kidish
