    Teleportation?

    Is it possible?

I have heard things about atoms and stuff in the air that could make it possible.

    Teleportation?

Teleporting generally revolves around breaking down object "A", transmitting the precise locations of all of its particles to a receiver, and reconstructing an identical copy of A at another point.

The problem with this is that the second "A" is different to the first. It is a clone, a copy. If the original "A" was a human being, then they are destroyed during the teleportation process.

    Teleportation?

Would it also create a copy of your mind? Or would it erase it completely?

It would create a copy of your mind, if your mind is based upon nothing more than physical matter, but presumably, another person would be having all of your experiences. That person would just think that they were the real you.

Hmm, so you're saying that I would die, but a new me would be "born"?

Yes, but that "new you" would not be you. It would be like an identical twin.

    Teleportation?

Can they not transfer all your particles through some other method? maybe radio waves etc?

    Teleportation?

Well they don't transmit your particles - they transmit data about their positions. It's like looking at a lego structure, writing down the precise position of every brick, and building an entirely new one out of new pieces.

    ^^^^
I used to love lego ;)

    *On topic*

I think that teleportation may be possible in the future, Not for humans but for some objects.

As if people aren't lazy enough...
