My Zerker Pure[90 str] [45 def or 70?]

Should I get get 45 defence or 70 defence/70pray?
So far I have only trained combat really, and only did quests to get 1-41 defence so far, and I've mostly been f2p...:l

thats real nice, but 1 range? train ur range/ mage asap.

 

if you have trained def. at all you may as well just go barrows b/c to make a perfect rune pure you only train def. via quests

 

Yeah, I only did quests for the rune pure, and I really think I only want to use Rune Gloves anyway, 100k for barrows, 5k for rune...and really you only hit 1 higher anyway. I probly will get barrows for training, maybe pking if I get some cash.

Yeah definitely stay 45 def. I also have a zerker pure in my sig. As you said, yes pk in rune gloves because they are very cheap ^^
