I WILL give at least one free lvl, to become more trusted (i will not give a free lvl if your lvl is 80+ in that skill)

IF YOUR LVL IS 1-9 IN A SKILL I WILL GIVE 5 FREE LVLS
IF YOUR LVL IS 10-19 IN A SKILL I WILL GIVE 4 FREE LVLS
IF YOUR LVL IS 20-29 IN A SKILL I WILL GIVE 3 FREE LVLS
IF YOUR LVL IS 30-49 IN A SKILL I WILL GIVE 2 FREE LVLS
IF YOUR LVL IS 50-79 I WILL GIVE 1 FREE LVL
