Viking enchanted diamond sword 'Nigslayer' scammer (Pendulum accomplice)

Explanation of the trade: My enchanting table for the enchanted diamond sword known as 'Nigslayer' on the Official Sythe Minecraft server
Amount scammed: Enchanted diamond sword known as 'Nigslayer'
How they scammed: It's a friendly server, and I was slain for no reason after they scammed me for my diamonds in an official trade on the official server. Here is a screenshot of a GLOBAL MOD @Pendulum saying in TEXT IN THE OFFICIAL SYTHE DISCORD that chicken griefing is DNT. He said violence and griefing in general was DNT in the voice chat which I didn't have recorded.


When I asked for the sword back, Viking said the sword didn't exist and he'd never seen it


, then I offered money and he then admitted it existed and showed a picture of it


All in all, griefing / killing / raiding is against the rules, and Pendulum + Viking conspired to take my sword and then brush it off. I expect them to get DNT'd or the sword returned. Global mod confirmed the rules, and they should be punished.

Proof that it's their Discord: All conversation took place in the official Sythe discord so if it WAS an imposter, I think Shin would be helping Viking with this scam to help him get away with it.
