VAC2 bans are permanent and global

For instance, all of these quotes are wrong from this section:

If you buy a VAC banned account, you will not be able to play on ANY VAC secured server, in ANY game or mod, EVER!

Ok this is just spam i think we all know that plus your wrong you can play mods if you get vac banned from css and you have garrys mod it wont be vaced.

The HL1, and HL2 bans are different, if you click on DETAILS, it tells you what games you are banned in.

So say steam banned you from CS:S(HL2), the games affected are:
