What is the best p2p item to alch?

I've heard Ruby Bracelet, Yew Longs, and others...

But I was wondering which one yielded the most profit for P2P...

And btw... Woot. Apprentice... Not boasting but thought it was cool.

 

Steel platebodies not p2p, but still you make your money back

 

Do they give a profit back?

Profits for those 4 items?? I have also found that Rune Daggers give some back for F2P...

 

um probaby bronze or iron items.

Even for P2P.

for strictly P2P, yew longs were best.

 

for p2p, fletch some yew longs and high alch them

for f2p, steel bodies.

but this was ages ago, not sure now.

Well, I was doing Rune Daggers and got some what of a profit... not too sure if I got a profit or not... either way it lvled me in mage...

I used to high alch Magic longbows.

I don't think you can profit much any more from alching... I got 99 magic and lost 13m alching

 

Dang, that sucks. But would give the most money back out of the original spent? Percentage wise though... If I can get exactly I+N=Cash spent to match the alching profit it would be great...

just figure out how much they alch for then minus how much you payed for a nat and pay that much for them. you should come out with 0 loss/gain.

 

With the introduction of the GE, I can pretty much say there's no way to alch with a profit, unless for a extreme few which I cannot mention, and even those take days, weeks, or months, to gather enough for a good alchin'.

Magic Longbows remain my favourite, if you buy the Nats at the right price you can only lose about 15/20gp / Alch.
