Viet is a Scammer

Hello, I would like to report a scam with the discord user Viet#8501. In sythe his account is @Viet . We have done an account services for him a month ago that was supposed to pay me 1.1b osrs gp. he has deleted all messages in our discord conversation but I have proof that he accepted the terms in our sythe conversation. He was to pay me 1.1b OSRS GP but said he had a newborn baby and will be gone. Upon completion of the accounts. I gave him the benefit of the doubt being his newborn possibly died and he went afk. Today I have tried to log into a zulrah account. He has changed all 20 account passwords and owes me 1.1b OSRS GP here is a screenshot of him deleting our whole conversation.

Here is more Proof that he one, agreed to paying me 1040m total and also stating he had a newborn and is clearly lying about information. I have my records transcript for situations just like this.

 

You're right I didn't fully complete paying you and but I also haven't checked the accounts nor change the password, I haven't been on in a month. I just had a newborn and there are complications that I will not disclose.

The fact that you're blaming that I changed the passwords is ridiculous lol.

 

Also, I never deleted any of your messages. Keep the deposit I gave you and re-sell the accounts.

 

You're right I haven't been on Sythe since on July 2, 2019. You have the original emails, go ahead recover them since apparently, I changed the passwords.

 

1. My worker created the Accounts and emails. For him.
2. The of service was upon delivery of the acc's he would pay the remainder of the total. Later he agreed to pay more for a total of 1040m because he got certain things added onto each account (that is in screenshots above). I have delivered the acc's with attempts to contact him multiple times and he hasn't responded. So he has broken the TOS and all passwords are changed on the accounts. so therefore he has checked them and he owes me 1040m which I had to pay out of my pocket to a worker because he chose to not pay and still not pay a month later after multiple attempts to contact him.

 

also @TySimpson can you deleted the posts where he purposely shared the acc usernames unblotched out. That is private information.

 

@TySimpson It's a month later. We are only responsible for the accounts 3 days upon completion according to sythe. Therefore when he didn't pay upon completion the ToS were broken and the acc's are technically his responsibility after 3 days. So i'm confused how not having evidence he changed the passwords matter when he could of easily done it. Been using the acc's and just isn't paying for the service. Him saying he didn't change the passwords isn't evidence that he didn't either.

 

@TySimpson Here is a link of our company ToS as well. So he agreed to these as well. Stating there when ordering with us you agree to those terms as well. Also the ToS he agreed to are in the first 5 screenshots with proof he paid therefore he put in and order with us. We also state to change passwords upon completion of acc's so therefore that rule was followed which means he followed that rule and changed the passwords.

 

@TySimpson I would also like to apologize upon looking at the formatting, I thought it was make them imugur images and then post them. Not to post them all on imagur and then post that single link. I can reformat it to one imagur link if needed. I will even reopen and scammer ticket with correct formatting if I need to.
