The Number 23 (Not the Movie)

Hello, I'm ShAyD GuDhAx and I'm here to talk about the number 23. Has anyone else actually noticed the number twenty-three appearing in a lot of random places? I know it may seem silly but I honestly have seen it a lot. I'm normally one of those people who don't take things like this or hidden codes in old books etc. seriously. I was just wondering about other peoples input on this subject.


I'm sorry if anyone else has created a thread about this and I didn't see it. I used the search function and nothing appeared about it. (Just posting this because I'm only at the leecher ranking and don't want people to think I'm stealing their threads or any of the sort.)

More on topic, I think its utterly retarded to think it actually holds some significance. It's a number, and therefore has no real value. It is purely coincidence.

The only reason you notice it popping up places is because you are looking for it. Take for example, the number 75. If you start looking for occurrences of the number 75 you will start to notice more and more 75s popping up.

 

I don't remember the full story, but it's something about the number 23 randomly signifying the coming of the antichrist. It's a biblical conspiracy, seeing as 2 divided by 3 = 0,666. Or 666, the number of the beast.

Going from there, people have found bizarre correlations between the number 23 and other events. For example, World Trade Center - WTC.

W = 23rd letter in the alphabet
T = 20th letter
C = 3rd letter
20 + 3 = 23.

The attack happened on 9/11, 2001. 9+11+2+0+0+1 = 23.

As some of you may know, al-Qaeda tried (but failed) to bring down the twin towers in a terrorist attack by placing explosives in cars in the parking lot basement back in 1976. 1+9+7+6 = 23.

It's just random coincidences, no matter how spooky it may seem.

 

This can be done with any number, and you only see it if you look for it, and MAKE it work.

 

My guess is that he/she did this on purpose...

The Bible does say that the antichrist will come in the shape of a human. Besides, the full Bible hasn't been released to the public. It's hidden in the Vatican basement (or cellars) and as my post stated, it's a conspiracy.

That's why its called a conspiracy, and not a fact. Besides, that's irrelevant - numerous parts of the OT has never been released to the public, it's hidden below the Vatican.

... Which in this case, it is not. I don't believe in the conspiracy, I simply stated that there was a conspiracy which some people believes in. It's from this conspiracy that the 23-obsession began, which makes it relevant to the thread.

 

LOL, I honestly hate it when kids throw out random coincidences, I'm not implying that at you, but honestly do you expect me to believe that a double digit number is some how evil, that is probably the stupidest thing I've ever heard.
