Saad plagiarism

So I only noticed this today, he is using a signature very close to mine.

Decided to contact him based on not him or the GFX artist have contacted me to ask if it's fine to rip mine for his own use and take credit for it. I have also asked for the GFX artist contact which he just simply told me "he is called Christian" which doesn't really narrow it down, and that he is from Sythe.

Now I don't want to be picky and such, but this is clear a rip of my signature.



I am fine with him taking his time, but seeing as he has had this for some time and happily admitted that his GFX artist in fact ripped it from mine, but because there are "a few minor differences" he doesn't feel it can be classed the same, doesn't mean he has permission from myself or my GFX artist to actually rip it up.

Now to help, I was looking for a GFX and I was contacted by @T A I N T E D before I knew he was banned so we're talking 6+ months ago, where he has recently got it a couple of months ago roughly.

Yes, the colours are different, there is an added "click to join my discord" but other than that, all is pretty transparent to be the same as mine really.



Mine - As you can see, mine has "2k+ feedback/vouches", and has the name of my services at the bottom



His - Has "1k feedback/vouches", and instead the wording at the bottom, along with RS3 & 07 offering, whilst mines all 07 only. The only thing that I really noticed it was because he added the same wording as mine with what was offered, and of course the fire that stands out to other.




By all means, not saying he cannot be a AIO service or that i'm the only AIO service known to man either, but again clear that he has used my content.

I have found the person on my own as @Saad wanted to be sneaky about it and try lie to me, thank you for coming forward Skeer appreciated that you answered my questions appropriately and respectfully.

As you can see below, I have never spoke to Skeer before.

I do not go out of my way to contact many people if anyone at all regarding stuff I want, instead most PM me with possible things they can interest me with.

I shouldn't really feel it's a compliment, I paid for the work out of my own back pocket for a specific custom item to be created, not for you to use as your own for credit.

 

I made this, like I said in the screenshots above it was months ago. I’m well aware of the rules about plagiarism, Saad sent me the banner to use as en example which I did. I didn’t double check the text for simularities, I just gave it a quick look and used the text that was given to me.

Didn’t layerrip a single layer, or used the same transitions/fonts. I admit that I used dbuffed’s banner as an example though, without making it look too simular (I guess I’ve failed). So if anything needs to be changed, that wouldn’t be a problem.

 

Can confirm that above has been easy to talk to, what I don't get is why @Saad has lied many times now about this.

Told me the guys name is "Christian" which it isn't, told me he contacted him which he didn't, just so many things to try avoid resolving it without a dispute.

 

Dbuffed clearly can't read, I told him multiple times I'm unsure who made the banner as it's been months. I had another designer before Skeer that's made a few things for us that went by Christian in our discord. I contacted Skeer (who does gfx for us now) if by any chance he made it.





I told him I'd resolve any similarities. It's quite common to give examples as to what you want when you order graphics. It should be taken as a compliment. Not once did I say I wouldn't have it altered. Just jumping to the conclusions you want. If Sythe staff deem it to be too similar, I'll easily have it altered.

 

@Saad , you are free to say what you want mate.

The fact is, you have lied about him approaching you and such, when in fact you approached him and pretty much gave him what to copy (my GFX) instead of saying that it should be altered, being an old trader you should know better.

You seem to keep blaming everyone else but yourself, when really you happily admit your intentions and such and still look for other people to take responsibility for your actions.

I told you before, I didn't want to have to make a dispute (3 times in fact) and you lied about who made you the signature until I saw you viewing his profile and contacted him myself. You could of avoided all of it if you had just removed it off the sites you're using it on, which you wont so I will be having it removed manually.

And the fact I should take you using MY STUFF as a compliment? What planet are you from?

Please stop forgetting you have actually ripped my shit via you saying "as an example use this", you didn't ask for him to edit anything specifically, instead just to add more text so he at least tried his hardest despite admitting he was a bit sloppy.

You said you couldn't talk to him, as you didn't want to "pester him" as he is busy, again false as I contacted him after seeing you view his profile whilst knowing I was making this thread.

You knew who to contact, you knew who was and did the work, he even confirmed himself he has DONE ALL YOUR GFX, and what you paid in return.

 

Wont reply anymore anyway, it's clear what you have done @Saad , so i'll leave this open for staff - I will be also getting your "complimented" work taken off other forums too.

Skeer has made the most recent work for us and actually has own little section in our discord. I contacted him first just on a whim maybe he made it. This was 3-4 months ago. (something you also didn't believe). Please just stop adding snowflakes to you story. This will do you no good.

At the end of the day I apologize for using you as an example and copying one slide's worth of text. For the 1000th time if Sythe staff deems it worthy of changing, I'll have it fixed.

Your exact words would be that you would be "pestering him" yet he answered to me quickly enough and happily enough.

You really need to figure out if you're the victim or the person in action, and if so to stop lying about very basic things. I understand in your world you will lie and scheme anything you can but this is Sythe not your little bubble world.

There is nothing to "own up to" in order to own up to something, I have to lie about something or follow something along that setting of things. I have yet to lie, be hostile or follow through anything that you haven't asked of me, unlike you.

Every business has similar keywords, you do not own the rights to these words on banners.

After discussing this with gfx Mods, the similarities you found were with the wording, not the banner itself which doesn't look similar to us. I have reached out to @Skeer and asked him to make slight changes to the wording so there's less resemblance between them
