Banned Accounts? Please Help

Ok so I got my main banned a while back, and like all perm-banned accounts I am taken off the highscores. I started a new account afterwards, but recently have seen some "working" ways to get a banned account back. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to somehow see the stats of this account, to see if the effort needed would be at all worth it, Thank you in advance
