I'm trying to work it out. The 1 to 100 is easy. It's just folded up in one small square on the back of the 1, and he flips it when its folded. The first part is hard.

 

eh the 2nd one he does is hard to do, he clearly shows the 1 dollar bill front and back so the 100 cant be there, and ur right the first one is hard to do but cool.

 

Ahah, I remember the first trick. He does it flawlessly.
