account got hijacked

So few months ago someone hacked me and I didn't even noticed it as I really rarely sell something here. I haven't sold any runescape items whatsoever.
1. My ip - [redacted]
2. email I used - [redacted]
3. Did not remember recovery phrase.
4. I don't have anti-virus It was probably an old password dump from 2012 when I had that password.

I'm using my phone as USB tethering device for internet on my pc. I do have home internet wi-fi that I use on my laptop however, I haven't used my home internet for years. I can try sending it from my laptop if that works. sec.
