Hey, there are a few things to talk about with this.

No high roller in the past has had this happen its simply unfortunate timing.

Firstly me and coin are travelling (an admin can check my ip if they want) at the moment so this is a bad time as it is hard to access bitcoin wallets.

I have a few messages on skype and discord about this if any admin thinks its an excuse.

Secondly this was highly unusual betting activity that we had to check before paying out, he went from I believe 100m 07 to at one point 7b (around $50 to 4,000) by betting that the roulette wheel would hit 0, the chance of this is so low we needed to make sure these bets were legitimate before going ahead and paying out. Primedice before had someone that was able to abuse their system so it is not out of the realm of possibilities that someone else did too.

On the first day he got 600m cashed out but cashiers ran out of gold.

Although I did not know if these bets were legit or not a large amount of gold was still paid out. I logged into my runescape accounts that had money on them and traded it all to my cashiers, then searchy owed us some gold we took some off him and traded wyvern.

Yes I have the money to pay this out but while travelling I kept a phone that had g-auth codes of many many important websites at home, because if I lost it, I would lose either a lot of time or money.

The last thing I want to say is we have never had a payout last over 24 hours as I said its just very unfortunate timing, and if an admin wants to check that I have the bitcoin to buy the gold I have no problem with that.

I messaged coin yesterday when he asked how long I would need to pay this and I responded I will have it all paid within 20 hours (keep in mind I believe he cashed out over 1b already from gold we had on accounts we just needed him to wait a little longer to get access to bitcoin) I'm happy to show the conversation too. wyvern did lose the gold because he kept on gambling, but there is nothing I can do about that now.

If any more information is needed please let me know, as for now he does not have any gold left with us and we do not owe him anything.
