falsely banned

Ok to start off im sorry i couldnt post this without making a new account so i had to do this im sorry again but please look at this.

Hi my user name is Marty i have been on sythe for a few months and a while ago while on msn for my firecaping i was sent a site i went to the site and after the site i got a virus so i went to go get my computer fixed and once i come back from getting it fixed i find that i have been banned on rs and on sythe. When i got unbanned from rs i found out everything was gone and i have finally come on sythe to get the ban remove because it wasn't me who did w.e he did to get banned i want to get back on sythe to firecape again to make money again. I would greatly appreciate this.

If it helps look at the ips of where my account has been logged into it wasnt me who was logged onto the account because i am sure the guy who key logged me got on my sythe account someone please help i was falsely banned.
