Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

There was a dispute between myself and Dbuffed in a Facebook group which provides services for Runescape. I had made a deposit to start work and everything went fine for the first few days until I had to move house.

I explained to Dbuffed my situation and reason for my absence, so he asked me how long until I was back and what I was doing and started to get angry at me even though I did say before I started work, that I would be moving house in the next few days.

This conversation soon escalated into heated words stemming from angry emotions due to neither of us willing to compromise and work the situation out. In the end he ended up keeping my deposit and claiming that my "failure" to explain why I was absent was his reasoning for keeping the deposit. Even though my absence was explained, nothing in his terms of agreement at the time stated anything about keeping a deposit as a result of not explaining absence, these were soon updated.

I was angry at somebody on a Facebook group because in my eyes my deposit was stolen and this was my reasoning for my actions. This deposit was all I had at the time, literally $140 dollars I had to my name to get something started again, so I was really angry and frustrated by his actions and ended up exchanging heated words back to which he ended up blocking me from everything with no ability to communicate with him.

I had then started to add his friends on Facebook in order to contact him. At this point in time I was not even associated with Sythe or any forums and had not been aware of any rule/law which would affect my ability in the future to trade, and if I were aware, I certainly would not have acted the way I did as I would not want to risk my future ability to trade and trust with other people.

We had made up a few weeks later, both apologised, and started to talk again like normal, we even shared discord servers and invited customers to each others servers.

I decided to start my own services/business on Sythe to which I feel I had done really well with, I donated 5% of all my profits to Sythe, to which got me to $200 donor within a few months of creating my account, I got to almost 400+ Vouches and a Discord server with over 200 + active people, I was proud.

The report Dbuffed made was 6 months after the offence even took place, before I had made my Sythe account. We had forgiven each other and moved on from this dispute we had so long ago now.
It was highly unethical of him to do this to me and I felt betrayed as he knew we let this go and he'd done it to spite me.

I have certainly learned from this experience as it honestly changed my life in a way nobody else would comprehend. Since the day I got banned my life was literally turned upside down in a way nobody would expect it to, I have had the darkest days of my life since the ban, financially and emotionally, with no exaggeration.

I understand Sythe has it rules and without having any knowledge of them at this point in time, I broke them regardless.
I understand that asking other people for personal information about somebody else is doxxing and breaks a rule on Sythe.

I would never intentionally break any rule on Sythe and have nothing but respect for the community and staff. I have only good intentions and would love nothing more than to contribute to the Sythe community. I know I cannot go back and change what had happened but I wish I could, this is my 4th appeal I believe and I ask again for forgiveness of my actions and declare never to break a rule on Sythe so long as I am living.
