When you guys say good luck on recognizing reality, you pretty much saying your reality is the truth. I believe people can make up their own reality. I believe Science is a religion because it explains how the universe came to be.
Science is NOT FACTS, its a religion. I believe when you die, your mind goes whatever you want it to go. Like if you want to go to heaven you go to HEAVEN! If you want to decay you decay!

YOU JUST CAN'T GO EVERYWHERE AND SAY SCIENCE IS A FACT AND YOUR RELIGION IS FALSE!

Anyways I just wanted to clear some things up.

 

uhh, science is actually usually facts and it isn't a religion.

 

Umm yes it practically is a religion, they say they have facts and ect and how the Universe came to be. The Catholic church did the same thing.....

yea pretty sure science proves with FACTS how stuff works. like velocity, speed, gravity etc etc. not saying religion isn't true but science seems so much more logical then 2 people a tree and a talking snake...

 

science isn't all about the big bang, and science isn't just one big theory. there are things proven with science too..
and there are scientists who are religious too i'm sure, and scientists who don't believe in the big bang theory.

Okay facts, lets talk about Facts, science pretty much came up with their own facts and supported their own theories by their "OWN" facts......

The Catholic church did the same thing with Jesus......

 

no the catholic church did not have FACTS. they don't have EVIDENCE they have THEORIES, and that's all they are as of yet a THEORY science on the other hand can explain why things fall at 9.8 meters/s (gravity) or why something 5kg going 10 km an hour has a momentum of 50...

 

Science is based solely on facts and logic. We would not be so sure of ourselves if we didn't know that your arguments are pure opinion, and not logical, while ours are.

For Example: You can't rationally explain God, but we can rationally explain why we don't float into space.

no they have logic behind there facts, like the fact that something will stop eventually because of resistance, weather it be particles colliding or friction or "drag".

science and religion are different.
you're saying that science just said something (like religion) and did nothing to prove it

science = coming up with a theory and doing their best to prove it, and usually proving it.
religion = saying something is fact and reciting things from the bible and proving nothing.

 

No. Science came up with theories, that were later proven to be true, and can still be proven true to this day.

 

so how hard is it for the bible to make up the fact that paul visited jesus.... did u no i am a multi billionair, just cause its said doesn't mean its true till i PROVE it

 

Classical when you go on a rs CHEATING site your not going to find many religious people. Mostly emos and rockers weed smokers.. etc etc. Love stereotyping..
Don't bother trying to convert people on here. People don't have faith. Just leave it be and let them face the consequences in the end.

 

Science was the only supporting their own theories, so of course they would say we are right and you are wrong.....

Religion is just a theory of "There's a god."

Science is actual facts.

 

Science has openly proved that their theories are true.

If you wanted and you still doubted, you could preform the same experiment and come up with the same result.
