Explanation of the trade: I wanted to buy a account from them, but decided i wanted my money back instead. now they refuse to give my money back, they haven't sent me the account before i asked for my money back either. i just want my money back and since i haven't received the account, i have my rights to ask for my money back.

How they scammed: They didn't give my money back when i asked them to.

He keeps coming on the website and says:
Give me the account at 0 confirmations or refund me when the transaction is confirmed which basicly means you are double spending scamming. Admins the money can be sent to the anti scam victims fund if you can tie his accounts, he did it before, can’t find the chat though because we banned him

 

He basically asks for an account, bargains a price, sends btc, cries about not receiving it at 0 confirmations and then says refund it if it confirms or deliver the account now.
There is no logic for him not to accept an account right now, so please tell me, should we refund him, can you tie him to his other accounts or should we deliver his account (like our team member Maggie kept asking to)

I never scammed anyone buddy.

First report is a account i sold, i told the guy i wasn't the OG, later the account got recovered by the OG (not me which i MENTIONED to him) then he reports me and mods asked me to refund him while i told him that i wasn't the OG and he agreed with it.)

second, you have a fake scam report on me with $11, i never owed you any money. I always had to pay first and then you did the order. so why did you make a fake scam report?

 

lol fun fact, he scammed us in 2017-2018 for 500$ a mod on sythe showed me, i actually forgot because we dont really report the people scamming us on payment plans/chargebacks anymore
