Buying a level 3 skiller [PAYPAL\MAIL]

I'm buying a decent\good level 3 skiller, so no tanks, etc. (no combat stats at all). Also, I'm looking for it to have a good name. I can either pay via PayPal or Mail. I won't go first unless you are trusted. (I.E. no one with 40 posts and a fake vouch can request me to go first).
