Sinkovsky - Scamming Off-Site/lying on pardon

User requested unban after being "hacked" three times and made a pardon but did not mention he scammed in his pardon to be unbanned, or his off-site ddos taken to consideration since this was not mentioned instead he claimed was a joke, just a claim no valid proof.

He was banned on OSbot and never appealed,
Off-site scam report nicksep still banned.

A scam occured, scam was repaid when he was reported for it only, but he did not prove he was hacked only claimed he was hacked.
Also he says he was "hacked" again somewhere else at again a different time

He was using "Deso" on OSbot confirm by @Maldesto while @nicksep was banned for "hacked" on OSbot, and did not care to appeal or make it right, instead he evaded and traded at this time which seems malicious.

and he evaded the hacked ban on Sinkovsky with nicksep and nsep777.

Instead of appealing his "hack" he just Vaded and scammed on nicksep for 2 year before pardoning

seems staff at the time overlooked this information on Nicksep and let him roam Sythe free being very focused on the "hack". I believe this user is a threat for very malicious behavior over 2+ year time and that is why I made this post.

 

Was scam on nicksep and off-site activity considered when unbanned? Yes seems staff did overlook vading accounts/activities at time of unban
