    went to google typed in snowboarding wallpaper and this is what i found:

    You really didn't do anything at all to it except change some colour effects..
    This isn't really photo manipulation, it's photo editing.

    It doesn't look like you did much, but from what you did I personally think it looks alot better.

    EDIT: what's that in the top left corner to?

    You didn't do much really. Just some gradient map on color or soft light.
