would be pointless becouse he would end up in mid crater with those stats, and if he would not train att, he can't hit.
i'd say aim foor 80 att, 90 str, 45 def, 44 prayer, and you dont really need more ranged. maybe lvl mage a bit for mage defense.

Sell it on Sythe for some money. Buy a better account if you still wana play rs.

I would stop focusing of combat stats and start focusing on skills. First I would get fishing and cooking up. Then I would go for Mining, if you don't like mining DO WC and burn your logs if you don't need money. You'll end up with some nice money making stats and a great account.
