Arkmed Ban Dispute

Hello,

After months of inactivity I just tried to log back in to my sythe account only to realize that it had been banned?

I believe the error message that I received indicated that I was an alt account for someone? However, I have been on sythe since Mar 24, 2011 and have never had any other sythe accounts. I can also assure you that I am the only ''sythe user'' in my household, under my i.p address.

Please let me know what other kind of information I can provide.
