How Defense Pures Get Torso

Exactly how do defense pures get torsos?
How do they play the attacker role?

they don't do anything but call.
usually they get 5 high level friends to play games with them.

 

they dont always need high level friends they can just make their own teams and make themself the attacker and get another attacker (a good one) and do nothing at all

 

Get a high level friend to attack with you from waves 1-6, then reset your waves back to 1 and do over again.

To get to queen you be collector on queen and have 2 healers, one who stays by you all the time at the little pond and you just get the yellow eggs that spawn only in front of you.

Don't run out crazy looking for eggs.
