It's a bit kiddish, and big. But the design and colors and scheme is nice. I think if it were like 8 font sizes smaller, and a bit less bold and defining, then it'd be more eye catching.

I'd give er a 7 for design, roughly a 7 in layout, and an 8 for appearance of functionality.

REALLY nice!
I love the engraved kind of look,
but it seems quite... eh... "Boring", you could say.
There really isn't much going on.
You could probably add some engraved logos or something in the background to make things a bit more interesting.
I dunno what you could do to make it more interesting.
But all in all it is great.

The fonts are a little too big, Also the same text effect was used too much IMO.

Nice, but the fonts are too big, and maybe you should put some sort of image or logo behind the text. Like lower the opacity on it though or something.

it is a great design and the layout is functional. im curious if you followed the 3-click rule on some of the pages.

 

The three click rule has no scientific basis

but I'd imagine since there are three pages other than the homepage, he has.

 

the 3 click rule means that the visitor has to click a maximum three times to get to whatever they want.

They're heading images, they're supposed to look the same -_-



And if you all think the heading text is too big, you'll notice that everything needed is shown above the fold on an 800x600 computer, and if you're on 1024x768 you're sure to see almost all the layout above the fold, and 1280x1024 will see the entire thing... so in relativity to resolutions, they're not that big :S

 

I'm on a 1400x900 computer =/
