I will supply equipment and food necessary for training.
I also have an easy way to train strength in F2P.

Please follow this method

-Start at Barbarian Village
-Get food by fishing raw trout/salmon with the fly fishing rod and feathers I provide.
-Cook the food at the helmet shop in the Barbarian Village.
-Go down to the 3rd floor of the stronghold.
-Attack ONLY the level 50 Giant Spiders (they will auto attack you so you don't need to look at the runescape screen all the time)
-Repeat the steps until you reach level 89 strength.

Things to Note

DO NOT change the password to my account.
DO NOT try to get into the bank since it is pin locked.
DO NOT die to the spiders.
DO NOT act like a noob and steal my equipment/supplies.
