Explanation of deal:
I bought a League of Legends service, joined his discord. Went through his ticket process. His "Trial Worker" contacted me for the boosting, asked for 10 minutes and I told him my IGN. I paid StickTalk the 35m in game and waited.

In the meantime, I posted a thread looking for leveling on my pure. I requested collaterall be put up for the account if someone untrusted wanted to offer me the service. I've completed a lot of service deals in my 1+ years here and never a single issue, and never a single report.

StickTalk posted on that thread during this 10 minute window assuming that my post was a setup for people looking for the service.

Not the best business practice with someone you just completed a deal with, so I decided to cancel the deal and request a refund. Anyone who has that attitude and approach to business is someone I'd rather sway away from. I wasn't DYING for LOL service, but he had a good offer and his approach was friendly so I said why not, and gave it a small order. I immediately regretted that.

I requested a refund, and obviously StickTalk was going to make that difficult after I got upset about his posting on my thread (which also is SPAM and breaking rules) so he declined because his "Trial" worker had to "delegate" his time.. man it must of been a real hassle for him to hit the logout button of the game he was logged into during that 10 minutes.... lol. Also my message was within 120 seconds of us saying 10 minutes.

What a joke.

Give me back my 35m and we go our separate ways. Takes a whole 30 seconds.

 

Well since were being petty. I took the time to wake my worker up, took the time to take the payment and took the time to consult with you on pricing and other stuff. After I took payment I reserve the right to refund and ill go ahead and reserve that. My worker will be available to complete the server at anytime today.

 

I cancelled well before the 10 minute meeting time with your worker.

Not only do I believe I wouldn't receive an honest service now, zero leveling has been done.

Refund the money and quit being difficult.


Edit: Sleeping? Your worker was sleeping? He was logged into a game on Discord. Why are you lying? Show me the messages where you "woke him up"

 

Ill just wait for a moderator don't really feel like arguing or throwing insults back at you. My worker will be online all day for boosting when your ready to complete the service.

 

Shocking how you duck the pictures of "waking" up your worker who wasn't sleeping. You're also a liar.

That's fine, hopefully someone sees this who considered having a service with you and will think otherwise.

Be a grown adult and give me back my gold and we go our separate ways.

 

I'm typically a pretty reasonable guy but the reason you cancelled the service is pretty petty which is why I have a TOS to stop people like you from wasting my time and my workers time. Unfortunately in this scenario I'm going to reserve my right to offer a refund after the service is paid for. On another note I've made sure my worker will be available throughout the day to complete the service that was ordered.

 

Nah, you see.. our deal took less than 10 minutes to setup. You made a deal with me, then proceeded to SPAM on my thread flaming me assuming I'm setting people up? How are you a reasonable guy if you're doing things like that. I have a reason to be upset, and now I have a RIGHT to assume fair service will not be given as your worker is involved in this as well.

Also, in the meantime I've bought the games from another booster and your service will not be needed.

Refund my gold.

@StickTalk shittalking a current client on one of their threads is not a good idea. Given the animosity you demonstrated to your own customer in public, he's well within reason to request a refund from you. Please let me know when he has been refunded

 

Lol ill just laugh this one off. So let me ask you my TOS is just void right? Also he's not well within his right for anything besides wasting my time. Not to mention I didn't know he was my client when I posted it and it wasn't a shot to him in anyway it was more like an FYI.

You should probably let service providers know there TOS doesn't mean much as well.

How is this not a shot at him lol? Don't give your customers reason to request refunds and we'll happily enforce your TOS. Goes for any other service provider too

Yes, as in don't talk shit about your customer IN PUBLIC while doing their order. Let me know when this is refunded.

Shit talking your customer in public gives them concern that you will fuck up their order or who knows what. It demonstrates that you don't trust/value them and that's certainly valid reason for them to want to cancel their order
