I basically want to get my total level up to around 1400 or so

Following are skills I need trained, I will provide REASONABLE equipment, for example, if you train ranged do not bother asking for red chins, but I wont be so cheap as to give you bronze bolts.

Here's my list of lvls i need trained
Runecrafting: 32 --> 44
Agility: 36 --> 50
Fletching: 61 --> 70
Cooking: 65 --> 70 (maybe more)
Fishing: 60 --> 70
Firemaking: 51 --> 70
Woodcutting: 74 --> 75-80
Farming: 23 --> 30
Mining: 58 --> 70
Herblore: 36 --> 40
Hunter: 9 --> 63 (will pay lots for this one)
Crafting: 51 --> 55-60

bank access skills are EXTREMELY TRUSTED PEOPLE ONLY, dont care if you have xxx post count and some vouches for training some guy from 1-20 wc
you need tons of SOLID,LEGIT, VOUCHES - read definition of vouch please, its stickied

non-bank access skills, still need decently trusted people, and proof you dont bot
