Too much of the effects are blockading the focal point of the image. The soccer player should stand out in this image, instead he is caught up with the effects that should be only seen in the background.

 

Looks good for your first edit. Just a little bit of practise neeeded

Yeah its a little too blurry for my liking but keep trying.
