Hybris Account Creation

Hello,
I've recently changed my general username to 'Hybris' instead of 'Neanel' so I made new accounts on the sites I was on, but Sythe only allows one account per IP which means I can't make a new account. We do not delete accounts. However, I can make a new account for you. You must provide an email address that is not already registered to another account.
