Scam:
I was a rank in CC, hosting dicing ingame/sports on discord. Owner pinning that I scammed a dicer in clan and kicked me from CC - saying that I had not paid-out and need to pay out again. I refused and got kicked. While this happened I had sports bets payouts pending with his manager(NeverMad) which is not being paid out for over a week as well as pending sports bets with other ranks. All my sports bets got voided mutually which I agreed with other hosts in CC. But frost/nevermad has been ignoring me saying im not gonna get paid out due do the fact I scammed.

Not even 24 hours has passed and that person I was accused of scamming is now a rank in CC. And the money which was owed to me is supposedly going to be paid to him - which frost said he already repaid from my 'scam'.

But his manager is broke and so is a few hosts in the CC, which owe me money and not much I can do about it as frost has banned me and is accusing me of scamming.


which makes no sense as I had more more money owed to me then which im being accused of scamming for.

Not sure really who or what to do - but just warning others - STAY AWAY FROM CLAN

1 - accused of scamming 40m for loss of rank
2 - unpaid sports bets payouts
3 - person which I scammed is rank in under 6 hours
4 - owner supposedly now double paying out the scam

Hi,

I will respond to you the same way I responded to you on Discord and thanks for wasting my time again. You scammed a bettor for 40M, the bettor got refunded the 40M, a host owed you 37.5M and I told the host not to pay you, so he can payout the bettor the other 40M from the bet you scammed him.

So the 40M bet you scammed was refunded by myself, and the other 40M owing to the actual bettor went to the bettor, he can come on here and confirm this himself if he wants to.

Also one of your claims was you already paid him and he is trying to scam you, how come he had no issues with any other hosts? our host Goose cleaned him for 300M and he never claimed he got scammed then... coincidence huh? everyone must just be out to get you.




Last thing I will leave here is if you got screenshots of you paying the bettor 80M, or a screenshot of you confirming in the clan chat you paid 80M, where you can actually prove I am wrong, I will give you 100M.

2: How does he become your rank in under 24 hours.

3: where is your manager NeverMad in all this, he seems quiet?

4: How does this even justify me even worth scamming? to lose rank/payout money ?

5: All your star+ ranks are broke, and I let them delay payments to me, i kept it and gave you til today to payout/respond but decided not to respond.

So let the admin/ppl on site see the show n judge for themselves.

Also this user has wagered over 5B+ in our clan chat without any issues, as you might already know each ticket accumulates when a user bets over 2M, and has not had any issues with any other hosts apart from yourself?.

Care to elaborate? each time you have sent me a DM I have responded, except for the last one because you got salty and decided to spam the clan chat for 5 minutes (I kind of found it funny tbh).

@ZeroDragon if I scam report came out instantly I could have scrolled back and took screenies but when it came out, I couldn't.

Secondly the person which I scammed is a rank and the manager(gen) in CC is not paying out bets to anyone -which I have been told he is suspended also. I thought frost would sort it internally but he just tried to keep it under the hammer hence reported a 5 days later.

I had full-faith in the clan also, had no major issues in clan- but shit just turned side-ways.

 

I got some free time now so I can post what happened as an edited version to protect everyone's RSN.

We require a proof of trade to verify if someone has been paid. There is a decline screenshot provided and by your own admission you have no screenshot to prove the trade happened, so the 80M debt is owed. 40M of the debt was provided by your active bets, the remaining 40m was refunded by the server owner. There is still a 40M debt remaining a DNT has been placed until this has been resolved.

@Frostwins is within his rights to remove your rank from the server.
