BuyMyCookie scammed me by chargebacking a 400M OSRS order

Customer placed an order for 400M osrs through PayPal via my website www.rsgoldbank.com on July 1, 2019 7:30PM as seen in images below:

As can be seen in the first screenshot, the order was placed from [deleted] with ORDER ID: 2000006523

Next up, customer proceeded through livechat to pickup his 400M osrs for delivery:

When looking at his user info, it can be proven due to the matching IP's that the person who collected the order, was also the person who placed the order on our website. Customer thanks us for the gold received and asks for a vouch via livechat.

2 days later, on July 3, the customer opens a dispute as seen as following:

Now 3 days later, on July 6, the customer contacts me via Sythe message, asking us for a vouch for order ID: 2000006523 (which is the one that is being chargebacked)

Hope this can be resolved as quickly as possible, preferably by the chargeback being closed.
