[Request] Runecrafting Guide

Well title says all, need runecrafting guide preferbly 1-99

 

1-44 F2P runes, 44-54 nats, 54-75 W66 law rune runners, 75-99 ZMI altar.
Oh yeah, I'm lvl 94 rc.

 

Alright thats pretty much all I needed, what do you recomend about using the abyss?

You could always use the search button to look for a guide.

 

If I use the search button its almost a gurantee that most of them will be outdated
