Salve (E)

Well, does there exist, or can anyone create a guide on how to get a salve amulet (e).

I have a Salve amulet, but I can't seem to find out how to get it (e).

I've read somewhere that you need to kill someone, and take a book. Not sure tho. I can't seem to find that monster/person.

I would appreciate it if someone could create a guide for this.

and just to answer the question, you need to do a quest. if you already have the ammy then you do a quest to charge it (enchant) (e)
