I am looking for a unique account built from scratch. I will create the account but never login game.

You will build, quest and get infernal cape on account or teamviewer the infernal cape. If you choose teamviewer I will pay the cost of the teamviewer service so cost won't have to come out of your pocket.

Desired stats:

Attack: level 1 to 75 doesn't matter
Strength: level 1+ doesn't matter
Defense: 45 max (quested)
Magic: 85+
Range: 85+
Pray: 52 (get 43 early and quest rest)

Desired Quests: Barrow gloves, Desert Treasure, Lunar Diplomacy

Please contact me by discord or leave quotes here. This is a unique request and I will pay accordingly but not outrageously. I would do it myself by I use a hotspot for internet which is not optimal for teamviewer capes.

Payment will be 48 hours after completion of the cape to ensure that a macroing ban does not happen on account.

Estimated Budget: 200m quests, ~550m infernal cape (45 def), and skills are up for discussion based on leveling.
