Well, seeing how Bush's approval rating is the lowest ever now, second only to one other guy (forgot who), I think it is fair to say he caused this. Or he plays RS and told Jagex to lower the prices or the USA would invade the UK. Lol. Thats what I think.

yea... they do serve no purpose what so ever. and its also due to jagex screws everything up.

 

Rares didn't always be "useless" they used to be good because people would invest in them, and now since the G.E can be easily manipulated and most people used phats to stake large amounts of money, many people have no use for them anymore.

 

JaGeX always wanted to remove rares from the game, well they haven't removed them, they made them useless poop.

 

Here's how it goes, back before the grand exchange and trading limits you could easily make a ton of money off merchanting and afford a 200m party hat, but now that merchanting is dead and money is hard as hell to make, people no longer can afford the high prices and they drop because of that.

 

Which is why I am going to pester my friend into giving me one. I'm a total attention whore. Lol. Yeah, he has a yellow, so I am going to at least try to borrow it for 24 hrs.
