PC early stage skiller with high slayer & rare quests

Price check on a skiller with one small favour, ichtlarin's little helper, fossil island unlocked all possible diaries done, ice gloves, flippers etc. etc.

base 60's non combat (with the exception of 45 slayer)

70 mining, smithing, woodcutting, fletching, construction
77 rc (someone's currently working on this for me)
80 farm

Not actually intending on selling, just wondering what the value of a level 3 with osf & ichtlarin's done would be. I could even potentially offer a questing service for level 3's specifically.
