Ippers refusing to prove ownership + Fake RuneWild Pictures

Basicly this new user made a Topic claiming he owns the rsn Vulpix (Pokemon 1st generation).
I reached out to him asking if the name he was selling was really Vulpix which he said yes. I have all the Pokemon 1-150 added on one of my accounts so I checked if the name was moved, It wasn't. He claims he bought it not long ago. When I asked for a PM ingame, all he said was he would only show a screenshot as a proof. Then He logged onto RuneWild (Seen in screenshot below) and then took that fake screenshot with Vulpix rsn.

He didn't scam anything but obviously has bad intentions. I'd request a TWC or DNT until he actually proves he owns Vulpix on 07 if possible so no1 gets scammed. Thank you.
