I could do this but it wouldn't be cheap. Especially if you require the stats and items for all of the quests involved.

I'm going to post an offer of 900M completed within 2 weeks. Though my last set of gloves took me 4 days.

I actually just finished completing a barrows gloves from mithril for somebody and it only took me around 18 hours of actual gameplay (including getting all of the stats). I'm fairly certain I'm able to break the record for a barrows glove speedrun by about an hour; Obviously not on a HCIM, but quick regardless.
