you're AWAKE one day, and the next, you're tired as hell

i was wide awake yesterday, but im fucking tired now, and i don't feel like going to school today.

note that i went to sleep at 2 in the morning 2 days ago, and i went to sleep at 1 this day.

 

too much sleep can be over exhausting. You should only sleep 8 hours a day max/min.

 

Did you have alot of Caffeine or some Energy Drinks? Possibly just a crash? I don't know.

 

Lol i fell asleep at 11:30 and woke up at 6:13, and im more awake then when i fell asleep at 9:00, and woke up at 7:00 :/

 

i go to sleep at 2 -3 am most mornings and i still wake up at 6am and i am only tired for a little bit, maybe 1/2 to 1 hour. i do drink coca cola and V so maybe i get a bit of energy from that.

 

now it's the end of the week, and now i'm happy.

 

You where awake, but now you're tired.

Let us ponder on the meaning of this. Has life become increasingly meaningless? Is nihlism taking over your thoughts? Ex pulva ut pulva

 

Just changing every night will make you tired if you switch to much, happends to me. sometimes I sleep at sometimes 10, sometimes 11, sometimes 12:00.
Note that I'm waking up at 7:00 every morning, so It sucks ass, try to give yourself a bedtime and don't change it. Maybe only one hour extra one weekends and don't sleep in to much.
