Buying Mass Muted level 3s

Hello, I'm looking to buy a lot of level 3 accounts that have completed (botted is fine) tutorial island on OSRS and already have membership applied to them. I'm specifically looking for perma-muted accounts that were used as spambots and are essentially useless now. I'm willing to reimburse you 1 USD per 2 accounts. For quantities of 10+ accounts we can discuss price. Let me know via PM if you can supply a large amount of accounts that meet this description or you know someone who can. This is an easy way to reimburse yourself for those accounts that are no longer going to be used. I don't need anything specific, just any account with membership on them (2+ days at least).
