    Hi, I've bought an account on sythe a while ago. Every two weeks or so my account gets locked saying "We suspect that someone may know your password, etcetc" Then I have to contact the seller, and have him help me recover it because he is the original owner and it gets accepted for him because of his I.P adress...(yes, he's really nice :D). Anyways, it's getting annoying having to bug him every once in a while. Also, my account usually gets locked on weekends..when I BH with my friends(like last week it was long weekend and on Friday it got locked).

    When I appeal it gets denied >.>.

    The weird thing is that I have all these Information.
    Things I have :
    Recovery Questions
    Bank pin, Old Bank pins
    Many previous recoveries
    Old PIN
    Internet Provider
    Creation Date
    Many Old passwords, Current password
    Details about the account (Friends, stats, quest, etc.)

    Can anyone tell me some way to unlock it with all this? (I'm pretty sure it's possible)
    I won't tell you the info (Ofcourse >.> I'm not stupid you know.)
    Just give me some advice.


    *****Btw, does anyone know if Recovery Questions are Case Sensitive?

    ok to solve your problem all you've got to do is send an email to jagex support and tell them that you moved =P I had the same problem last week. Recovs are not case sensitive since the process is mostly human operated. Thats why like for best friend questions you can type in their full name when you make questions and only their first name when you claim.

    Thanks, but I have put that I moved in the section where it says : "Have you moved recently"

    Should I still e-mail them? Btw, I send them a e-mail through Billing support? o.o This is kinda irrelevant..

    Your account is locked.

    Tell them that you moved house on the date that you bought your account, that might help them think that your IP is right one.

    ya you should send them a message about that. then they may stop doing that
