Millions_4_sale IS a scammer and admitted to scamming 23m

Millions_4_sale even admitted on his own thread that he has scammed over 23m.

HE scamms people pf their runescape cash By selling pins. He says he will go fisrt but that he will apply the pins. And unfortunatley he steals the RSGP from other and scamms them . I beleive he should be banned beofre he causes further scams.
