problem with my little 11 year old cousin

well my cousin is here visiting this week and stuff and he told me about something that happened to him in school. i dont remember the whole story but here is what i remember:
apparently his bus driver said 8-9 people reported him poking holes in the back of the seat with a mechanical pencil on friday. yesterday his bus driver got really mad at him and wrote on the bus report (what all happened on the bus that day incase you didnt know) that he was doing it on friday and passed the report on to the vice principal Mr. Cox. Today he got called to the office and the Vice Principal talked to him about it. He said he poked one hole in the seat on an accident when his friend bumped into him. the vice principal didnt beleive him and said he was going to call him back to the office tomorrow morning. My cousin said "If Mr. Cox gets those people to prove it and the stories match up i might have to pay for it and get suspended from riding the bus".

Any ideas what he should do? I for one think its a load of bullshit and they should just use some ducktape on the seat (thats what it is fucking MADE for!)

Maybe he should not do destruction to public vehicles, and he wouldn't get in trouble.

What grade is he in? Like 5th? I remember when I was that age people would always poke holes and tear up the backs of seats, but the Bus Driver didn't give a shit because he still got paid.

sucks to have his name, besides that. you cant do shit cause a teacher has more say then a student. so the bus driver would have more say cause the bus driver could say he saw him do it. so thats against your cousin.

its all about the bus drivers word against your cousins.

tell you the truth. if they do win they will take the money form your cousins family and wont even fix the bus. they will keep the money for themselves
