Can you auto/auto click agility in prif

If anybody has prif access you would know that you can literally have the mouse in 1 spot and click through the entire course. It's tempting to rig my mouse with DIY household items, or an auto clicker. Im thinking if the clicking changes patterns after x amount of time you can get away with this. Thoughts? Ideas? Has anybody done this? Im a legit player but agility is awful
