Explanation of the trade: 1.5B 07GP for $855 via PayPal
Amount scammed: He sent the money via PayPal up front and it went on hold until he confirmed it. Refuses to confirm it now until I give him the full 1.5B even though I can't retrieve it after given. He has no vouches. Called him out for attempting to scam by rejecting payment after I gave him hold and he won't answer it.

Received paypal but won't release the gold unless the buyer @SabernHoney tells paypal he received the goods (which he hasn't)

Thank you for helping me report him, as you can see my account is old but with not a lot of activity. I quit RS a while ago because of College and creating my own business, but now I am trying to get back into it and I can see at least from the 1 guy I have tried to come to a successful deal with, it has not changed since when I played, back before RS3 and EoC were a thing.

 

User filed chargeback so will be refunded. Good job I didn't trade any gold.

 

Mods refer to: Khabib Scams $880 so this user @Khabib can be banned.

 

I attempted too but the dispute section isn't loading and says an error. Can provide proof of it too. The email said within 72 hours if I don't respond he will be refunded so if it doesn't work he should get it anyway within 72 hours. On mobile atm.

 

I've placed a DNT on @Khabib until the payment is back in the buyer's hand

@Khabib you can also contact paypal by phone and tell them to refund me the money. And then they will do it on their end.
