Atbuk has not provided service after payment

I requested services from Atbuk and Ballin when they were training together. They told me to send each of them $10 and they would split the training. I payed them through paypal on a site called yoonew. At first the payments did not go through, but then i contacted their support team and found out that they were trying to send the payments to my email instead of the emails i requested them to send the payments too. Well i got that sorted out and the payments were completed.

By that time Atbuk and Ballin had split up. Ballin said that he would be giving any money he received over to Atbuk and that Atbuk would be dealing with any pending transactions. Ive talked to ballin a few times since, and he has said that he has sent the money to Atbuk. I talked with Atbuk many times about the training, but once the payment was completed i never heard from him again. Ive tried contacting Atbuk numerous times on MSN, and through PM's on here. He never responded. I found out through a search on here, that Atbuk got a new MSN. I added him as a contact, and then he talked to me because i added him. This is how the conversation went.

He signed off or blocked me after i sent my second message. He is clearly avoiding me. I have a picture of my Yoonew transaction list showing the two withdrawls.

I do not trust Atbuk anymore, and if this is somehow resolved, i would rather have him return the money then complete the training.
